Cancellation & Refund Policy — Maxela Apartments

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which reservations at Maxela Apartments, operated by ShartavaDeluxe LLC, may be canceled or refunded.
 

1. Booking Types
 

Reservations may be made under two types of booking policies:

  1. Refundable Bookings – Guests may cancel under the rules below.

  2. Non-Refundable Bookings – Guests cannot cancel or receive a refund, regardless of timing.
     

2. Free Cancellation (Refundable Bookings Only)
 

Guests with refundable bookings may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within this window are fully refundable.
 

3. Late Cancellation (Refundable Bookings Only)
 

For refundable bookings, any cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival is considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
 

4. No-Show Policy
 

For all bookings (refundable or non-refundable), failure to arrive without prior notice is considered a no-show.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
 

5. Refund Processing Time
 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Additional time may be required for funds to appear in the guest’s account depending on their bank or payment provider.

6. Emergency Situations

For refundable bookings, emergencies such as medical issues, flight cancellations, or other unexpected circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be required (e.g., medical certificates, airline confirmations).

Non-refundable bookings do not qualify for emergency refunds unless otherwise approved by management.
 

7. Host-Initiated Cancellation
 

In the unlikely event that Maxela Apartments must cancel a reservation, guests will receive:

  • A full refund, and

  • The option to rebook at no additional cost, subject to availability.
     

8. Early Departure
 

If a guest leaves before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
 

9. Refund Method
 

All refunds are issued using the original payment method used for the booking.
Cash refunds are not available unless the original payment was made in cash.
