These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Guest”, “you”) and ShartavaDeluxe LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the owner and operator of Maxela Apartments, located at 35–37 Zhiuli Shartava Street, Tbilisi, Georgia.

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our apartments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Booking and Reservation Policy

3.2 Payment Options

We may correct pricing errors at any time.
A 200 GEL security/damage deposit may be required for certain stays.

If required, the deposit is returned after checkout, assuming no damage, missing items, or violations.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available only within a specified cancellation period, which will be stated on your booking confirmation or at the time of reservation.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures may be non-refundable.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your booking confirmation.

Upon arrival, guests must present:

A valid passport or
A national ID card

We reserve the right to refuse entry if valid ID is not presented.

7. Guest Responsibilities

By booking and staying with us, you agree to:

Treat the apartment and furnishings with care
Follow all house rules and building regulations
Maintain reasonable noise levels
Use appliances, equipment, and facilities safely
Ensure all guests in your group comply with these Terms

You are financially responsible for:

Any damage to the property

8. House Rules

A 200 GEL security deposit may be required depending on your booking.
The deposit covers:

10. Property Access and Termination of Stay

We may enter the property for:

Maintenance or repairs
Safety concerns

We may immediately terminate your stay (with no refund) if:

Illegal activity is suspected
Property or neighbor safety is compromised

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including photos, descriptions, layouts, logos, and materials, is the exclusive property of ShartavaDeluxe LLC.

You may not:

Create derivative works

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. No User-Generated Content

Our website does not allow users to upload images, reviews, comments, or any other content.

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of the property
We are not liable for temporary outages of utilities (electricity, water, internet)
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your booking
